Service call & diagnosis — $129
GST (5%) — $6.45
Service call total — $135.45
Additional repair labour — $50 per half-hour
Parts and applicable taxes on repairs are extra.
The diagnostic fee covers the visit and assessment. It remains payable if you decline the repair and is charged separately from repair labour. We explain the estimated additional cost and ask for your approval before repair work begins.
HOW IT WORKS
1. Enter your details. Share your appliance details, the problem, your location and preferred availability.
2. Arrange payment. We will contact you to arrange payment of the $129 diagnostic fee plus $6.45 GST — $135.45 in total. This form does not collect payment.
3. We confirm your appointment. We review your request and contact you to agree on an appointment window. Your preferred time is not booked automatically.
4. Diagnosis, then your decision. The technician assesses the appliance and explains the repair options. Additional labour and parts require your approval.
REPAIR OR REPLACE — WE CAN HELP
If your appliance is too expensive to repair, or you decide not to repair it, we’ll credit 50% of your $129 service-call fee ($64.50) toward a reconditioned appliance from Dial an Appliance. Visit our store at 944 12th Street, New Westminster to explore your replacement options.
BEFORE YOU REQUEST SERVICE
Have your appliance brand, model number and a short description of the fault ready. Mention any error code, whether the appliance is gas or electric, and any access restrictions. Please check the appliance types and service areas above before submitting your request.
